Five Poems/Haiku by Tuyet Van Do

Five Poems/Haiku

weekend picnic
crunching in my mouth
roast pork belly

dendrobium blossoms
sitting on the stem
a motionless gecko

parking lot
on the leafless branches
a set of keys

Interstate travel
on the roadside
a truck on its side

applause ...
the contestant resumes
his stuttering
