One Poem by Anise Algin

Moonlighting love

Love is a painter

Brushing over dirty streets

Brightening them with magic colours

Azur, emerald, crimson

Love is a chef

Working with magic spice

Making a morning porridge

Burst with berries and cinnamon

Beware though, lover, of moonlighting love

Who, like a skilled salesman

Will sell you vices

Anger, insecurities

As desirable gifts

Anise Algin is the pen name of a missing mathematician whose pieces are found here and there in various fiction and poetry magazines.
