Haiku/senryu


walking track

 ..........she crossed

her perfume



temple street

prayers in feeble voices 

behind the rows of garlands



beach resort 

moving fast in the sand 

restaurant workers



harvest season

among vines 

his worries



health checkup camp 

spiced gourd juice 

in great demand 



bad days 

she serves the guest

a spoon of pickle

 


backwater 

boatmen return with 

the smell of floating leaves



new town 

the autumn fascinates 

her life
