Ten Haiku/Senryu Poems by Roberta Beach Jacobson

10 haiku/senryu

silence

interrupted

sound of fairy wings

downstream at daybreak

ferns spring to life everywhere ...

fairy dust

dancing

in the moonlight

dragons

footbridge down

I close my eyes and tiptoe

over the moat

hiding

in plain sight

wolf in fairy tale

gateway

to fairy underworld

hawthorn

fairy knots in a horse's mane

fairy curls up in an iris

fairy wings flutter

delicate filigree lace

sparkles in motion

a fairy when she flies

a ballerina

when flutes play

Roberta Beach Jacobson is drawn to the magic of words – poetry, puzzles, song lyrics, short stores, stand-up comedy. She is the editor of Cold Moon Journal.
