Unedited
When I, from the wisdom
Of ages, heard,
Two halves
Have to come together
And only then
Can a whole be,
A voice whispered softly
My sweet, it is contrary.
We don't breathe,
Only in halves ;
Neither, we
In bits and pieces
Do love or yearn
It cannot be then
Just a half of you
And a half of me !
With a fragmented soul,
Complete, you cannot be
And neither would I.
I am and I remain
The whole earth,
To your whole sky,
Embraced and enveloped
For ever by your entirety
