Five Untitled Poems by Mykyta Ryzhykh

ants warm their belly under

the sun like a giant

organs crawl out from

their own disgrace

eve of the last war

***

spring tulips

winter cacti

autumn roses

summer rains

everything around is waiting

for the end of the world

***

meaningless landscape

snow falls and falls

the ruins are silent and silent

***

my wife is winter

without any explanation

***

slaves of the language

how to be more eloquent?

the language of slavery

we disappear into the belly of urban landscapes
